Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our school districts, our communities, and our way of life. During this time, Moments with Class wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation.

First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly.

Second, at Moments with Class, as within your school district, we’re focused on the health and safety of our employees, families, clients, and communities we service.

We have made the decision to close our doors to the public starting on March 18, 2020.  Our dedicated team will still be working, but we are limiting the person-to-person contact by keeping the doors closed.  We will still be available by phone, text, and email to assist with any graduation or class ring needs or questions.  Our direct contact information is listed below.

In order to provide exceptional service during this lockdown period, we will be offering CURBSIDE PICKUP of orders placed online and paid for in full.  These orders include Class Rings, Senior Apparel, and Fine Paper Products (Graduation Announcements, etc).  Caps & Gowns will not be delivered curbside at this time, or until we know more about the timing of schools going back in session, etc.  Moments with Class has been serving well over 60 schools for many years and so we understand the impact of this crazy time.  We are feeling this too.  While we know that curbside pickup will not work for everyone, we hope that it will show our commitment to our customers and our willingness to get creative to come up with mutually beneficial solutions.

This is an unprecedented time for all of us.  We’ve never dealt with anything like this before, and we know our schools haven’t, and neither have you.  The Moments with Class Team will be diligently working during this time, trying to prepare for whatever is to come.  Our team is happy to answer any questions that we can and continue to serve you in the best way possible, via electronic methods.    We do ask that you refrain from “what-if” scenarios and questions, as we will not be able to formulate definitive plans until we have received official notice from the school of whatever is to come of the end of the school year.  As there are definitive answers, we will keep you posted of our new plans, dates, methods, etc.  We will work to communicate these messages via email, Facebook, and on our website.  We appreciate your patience during this time, knowing we are all trying to figure this out together.
